Pending review — not for sale

Image

AI text-to-image generation from a text prompt — pay per image in USDC or EURC.

Pending review as of 2026-10-30: retired from the fleet on 2026-10-28 and its vhost removed, so GET /health cannot complete a TLS handshake (tls_no_certificate, probed 2026-10-30T23:10Z). Nothing is for sale until a review brings it back.

What it is planned to do

Nothing here is callable today. This is the operation the review would put back on sale; the price would be measured from its handshake on the day it returns.

Operation

POST /image/generate — inference, async latency
Generate an image from a text prompt. Billed on the Premium tier (same tier as /music/generate), per image. Returns an image_id immediately; poll /image/status/{image_id} then download /image/download/{image_id} (both free).

Endpoint

https://image.x402.press/image/generate

Workflows

image_generate — Generate an image from a prompt: POST /image/generate (paid) → poll GET /image/status/{image_id} (free) until status is completed → GET /image/download/{image_id} (free) for the PNG

Free endpoints

No payment, no key — the parts a client needs before it decides to pay.

GET /image/models — List available image models with accepted size ranges
GET /image/status/{image_id} — Poll a generation: generating | completed | failed (with error) | not_found
GET /image/download/{image_id} — Download a completed image (PNG) — free, retained 2 hours
GET /image/feedback — Return the 50 most recent feedback entries
POST /image/feedback — Submit feedback (response_id, rating 1-5, optional comment)
GET /.well-known/x402.json — machine manifest
GET /llms.txt — the same offer, written for a model
GET /health — liveness

For an agent

/services/image/llms.txt — this page as text: price, operation, free endpoints
/services/image.json — the same data, structured, derived from catalog.json
/catalog.json — every service, every paid operation, every chain price
/.well-known/x402.json (service) — the service's own manifest, the authority on its endpoints
